My professional journey didn't begin in grant consulting. My background is in healthcare, where I served as a Registered Nurse and earned a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration. During my career, I gained experience with federal grants and supervising staff involved in successfully preparing and applying for grant funding.

But throughout my journey, one thing has remained constant: a desire to serve others and help organizations strengthen the communities they serve.

That desire eventually led me to expand my knowledge in nonprofit development, grant readiness and grant writing—and ultimately to helping nonprofits, churches and ministries navigate a process that can often feel complicated and overwhelming.

Today, through TAYCOINC and Fundraising Made Simple For You, I help organizations assess their grant readiness, build a strong funding foundation, identify potential funding opportunities and prepare customized grant applications.

Because when you're already wearing multiple hats and working hard to fulfill your mission, you shouldn't have to figure out the funding journey alone.
